We Are City
The San Diego City Foundation is a 501 (C)3 non-profit organization formed in 1972 by San Diego City College (SDCC) and the professionals from the San Diego community to advocate for SDCC students. We are passionate about helping students gain access to resources, financial support, and form connections within the community. We accept and distribute donations among scholarships and investments on behalf of SDCC. The Foundation complies with all donor conditions and reports all funds to the community.

We Dream Big @ City
In 2021, the Foundation awarded $226,000 in scholarships to more than 200 students. In 2022, we are focused on raising funds to provide our students with:
- Scholarships
- School Supplies
- Everyday Essentials
We are committed to enabling our students with the resources they need to succeed, and we need your help to make that happen. Your donations create scholarships, build college-industry-community partnerships, and support campus programs. We also allocate funds for programs that enable students to focus on their education by providing food, emergency assistance, and technology. More than ever, your contributions can help students achieve their academic goals.
